Smart Bay Kids Products

For products specifically designed for children (e.g., Kids Mode in FlowOS):

  • Only minimal data is collected (name, age range, parental contact)
  • No advertising or behavioral tracking is performed
  • Data is processed within a dedicated privacy sandbox
  • Parents have full control over data sharing settings

For children under 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information. Consent may be obtained through:

  • Credit card verification (small charge refunded)
  • Signed consent form
  • Video call verification
  • Government ID verification

4. Data Practices for Children

When processing children’s data, we:

  • Minimize Collection — Only collect data strictly necessary for the service
  • Disable Profiling — No behavioral profiling or personalized advertising
